Selected by a top tier information technology, security, and aerospace company to provide strategy and support in the pursuit of a government-wide cloud initiative. The customer was a non traditional agency for the contractor; they had no previous footprint or relationships. Efforts included building a win strategy, leading a teaming approach and completing a competitiveness analysis. Also, developed a call plans to introduce the contractor to key agency leadership and stakeholders. Post award efforts include successful task order shaping and the pursuit and identification of new opportunities.
